DOLCHEM® has a packaging that represents its value and standards. The labeling process has tracking numbers/codes along with other handling features such as; multilingual safety labeling or customer’s preferred labeling options to better fit the destination market or its rules and regulations.

DOLCHEM® products are made to order; therefore the warehousing period is set to be short that is another added value of having a freshly manufactured product and an extended warranty for our products.

DOLCHEM® products’ shipments are being handled carefully. D.I.S. continuously chooses well established shippers and transportation third parties; it is important for us to have our products well delivered and on time, according to schedules and at a reasonable cost.

Keeping the customer informed is a fundamental aspect of D.I.S. philosophy as a resourcing partner. We keep an eye on your material at all critical junctures and provide customer follow-up from the time the product leaves the plant until it is delivered to your set destination port.
