Ethyl Vanillin is a chemically synthesized flavoring agent related to vanillin or artificial vanilla that is three times as strong as artificial vanillin.
Description
As a raw material with intense vanilla odor and taste, Ethyl Vanillin is widely used in the food and in perfumery industries as a flavoring agent to modify flavor and odor. It has a white to light yellow needle-like crystalline powder form and an aroma similar to natural vanilla.
