Phosphoric Acid (Technical Grade)
Phosphoric acid is used in the process of phosphating metal surfaces.
Description
The operation of phosphating metal surfaces reduces the risk of metals corroding, insulates them electrically, and encourages paint to adhere to the treated surface. This product is used to remove rust by direct application to rusted iron, steel tools, or other surfaces.
In addition, it can be used in dentistry and orthodontics as an etching solution, to clean and roughen the surfaces of teeth.
